POSTER REQUESTS FOR ALL AUGUST 2026 EVENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN JULY 15, 2026. THIS CLOSING DATE IS FIRM.
Each poster requires a multi‑step process that includes information review, layout preparation, detail verification, approval, and final production. These steps cannot be rushed or shortened without compromising accuracy.
IMPORTANT: NO POSTER WILL BE MADE WITHOUT FINAL APPROVAL OF THE PROOFS SENT.
You are required to review the Consent Form in full and check all boxes to confirm that you understand the procedures, timelines, and expectations.
IF A FAMILY EXPERIENCES AN UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCE RESULTING IN MISSING THE CLOSING DATE, AN EXCEPTION MAY BE CONSIDERED BASED ON AVAILABLE TIME AND RESOURCES.
